Yes! The great majority of the vehicles we detail are daily drivers. From '96 Toyota Corollas with coffee spills to an '04 Suburban XL hauling kids to soccer and hockey, we do them all. More importantly, we do them with the same care and attention to detail that we would use if it was a luxury automobile or super car.
Yes! Occasionally we may have room for a quick wash but it is always recommended to call ahead for an appointment - especially if the sun is out!
It depends on the service you require (ie: hand car wash) and the time of year. In Winter we may be able to get you in same day, but in summertime there can be anywhere from a 1-2 week wait.
This depends on the service requested. Cars in for Interior details may be 4 hours. But SUVs in for a complete Interior / Exterior detail may require 2 days. It is best to check with your service advisor when you book your detail.
A car definitely needs a minimum of two coats of wax per year to stay protected - ideally wax on in November before the bad weather and again in Spring. With other services, it depends on your preference and goals. If you are trying to maintain the value and appearance of your vehicle, a complete detail every 10,000kms is recommended with an interior clean up and shampoo to maintain it between more comprehensive details.
A proper hand wash in a proper detail shop will reduce the damage done to your paint. Detail shops use micro-fibre wash mitts and a two-bucket wash system to ensure the least amount of wash lines. Car washes that use heavy brushes that can be harsh on paint, and touchless car washes use strong chemicals as there is no agitation to remove the soiling. The first thing those chemicals strip off is your wax protection. A car's paint is quite delicate and should be treated as such.
We deal with all sorts of cars. We have a lot of large SUVs that carry the family around and come in on a regular basis for a wash and interior detail. We also have clients preparing cars for the local Show-and-Shine that want to walk away with the Blue Ribbon and need an edge.
It depends on the wax. Standard waxes can last up to 3 months depending on the weather and how often the car is washed. Some premium waxes can last up to 6 or 8 months and still bead water on the surface.
Wax and sealants are the only way to protect your vehicle's finish. Rain, acid rain, snow, sunlight, bugs, tar, road grime, pollen, and bird droppings can all eat through your paint. Keeping your vehicle well protected will reduce the chances of these elements harming your vehicle, while providing a glossy finish and shine. Having your vehicle waxed or sealed is no less important than changing your oil.
No, unfortunately, not at this time.
In Winter we offer discounts throughout our website.

Let us help! It may look like there is no hope but we have had great success with mold and mildew remediation. The service is labor and cost intensive and can take a few days, however the end result is getting your vehicle back without a trace of mold, clean like the day you bought it and safe for you and your family.
Yes. Using a combination of mold extraction, disinfection, cleansers, shampoos and Ozone and HVAC treatments, we are able to remove 99.9% of all mold from a vehicle.
If the interior of your car smells damp or musty, chances are mold and mildew may already be growing within the fabrics, carpets, or seat foam. To check for mold, remove all the interior items such as personal effects, floor mats, seat covers, blankets and car seats. Look for signs of growth, discoloration, or dampness in the corners of the fabrics, in the door "pockets", trunk and cup holders. These are areas that mold may first form as there could be a sufficient build up of water, food remnants or other items that mold could digest and grow from.
If the musty mildew smell is present in your interior, there’s probably mold hiding somewhere underneath the carpet, seats, or growing in the smaller areas in between the fabric of your seats. At the very least an interior detail with perhaps an Ozone treatment as well would suffice.
Mold can grow almost anywhere in a vehicle's interior, including carpets, seats, headliners, seat belts, headrests, steering wheels and trunk or rear hatch. If an area of the vehicle is susceptible to collecting standing water, moisture, leaking, chances are mold will thrive.
Mold is due largely to trapped moisture, organic matter for mold to feed on and little or no air flow. If you are noticing mold growth, there may be a leaking seal or other point of entry for moisture and environmental contaminates to find their way in. If you haven’t identified the source of the leak, the most common areas are the door and trunk seals, sunroof, and around the window seals.
Beyond regular interior detailing, a garage or carport storage is recommended. If the vehicle is not being used for longer periods, that would be the ideal time to have the interior detailed to reduce the amount of nutrients mold could use to grow. A de-humidifier might also be recommended if it is a wet time of the year.
Mold can pose a health risk to you or your passenger’s if exposure to a moldy vehicle is prolonged. Beyond that, it can discolor, stain, and damage your fabrics irreversibly. If the mold is on the surfaces it will transfer to clothing and anything else it comes in touch with and then be carried into your home. If the windows are down and the mold is disturbed, the spores will become airborne and can be breathed in, get in your eyes...the list goes on. In short, it is a problem.
Avoid driving in your vehicle unless necessary as mold can cause a variety of reactions including irritation to your eyes & respiratory system, allergic reactions, infection, and further health complications. For unhealthy people or those sensitive to it, mold can cause:
• Stuffiness
• Itchiness
• Runny noses
• Wheezing
• Fever
• Shortness of breath
• Eye irritation
• Watery eyes
• Fatigue
• Depression
• Asthma attacks
• Chronic sinus infections
• Fungal infections, if mycotoxins are present
We advise anyone with asthma or a history of asthma attacks, not to drive their vehicle with mold to or from our location for mold remediation. Either have a friend help or have the vehicle towed to our location. Mold sensitivity could trigger an asthma attack, putting the driver, passengers, and other vehicles on the road at risk.
Unfortunately no. We have looked for simpler solutions but this is a problem that a quick fix will not take care of. Unless every area of the vehicle is tended to properly, removed completely through extraction and topped off with a protein killing ozone treatment, the mold consistently reappears.
Yes. We have worked with private insurance companies and ICBC in many different types of jobs. We can also provide an estimate beforehand and send any necessary correspondence to your insurance company in regards to a quote or cost.
In order for us to provide the best possible estimate, which can be subject to change upon inspection and work commencing as we do not know what we may find that may be contaminated or irreversibly damaged, we require the following:
• Contact name
• Phone number
• Year, make model of their vehicle
• VIN# required for quoting any potential interior replacement items
• Upon approval of our estimate, we would require a 50% deposit
This process takes us anywhere from 3-5 business days to complete depending on the severity.
Our Standard Mold Remediation includes:
• Vehicle is first washed to ensure we can clean out the door jams and seals properly.
• Bulk mold is removed from all visible surfaces.
• Seat removal when deemed necessary and when possible.
• All vinyl and leather surfaces cleaned to a matte finish - dash, centre console, cup holders, seats, drivers area, doors, with extra time to get into the smallest areas mold may grow.
• Windows cleaned streak free.
• Carpets, seats, seatbelts and headliner scrubbed and cleaned ensuring contaminants deeper in the fibres has been removed.
• Complete interior shampoo and extraction.
• Drying the interior out COMPLETELY with high volume fans.
• Ozone treatment
• HVAC treatment.
Other Points to Consider:
• DO NOT drive your vehicle longer than absolutely necessary when there is mold present. It is extremely bad for your health and respiratory system.
• Mold can stain. Although we may have removed all of the mold, black mold in particular will stain and the stain cannot be removed.
• Mold can get into the underlay of a vehicles carpet. If this is the case, the carpets may have to be removed. For some vehicles if the underlay is also wet from a leak it may need to be replaced.
Yes, we use green, nontoxic cleaning products so you can feel safe about you, your family or pets.
We have a range of product brands depending on the vehicle, the service and the requirements of our clientele - we use Rupes and Menzerna Polishes, Swissvax waxes, and many more high-end products.
We are always on the hunt for the items that will get the job done better. Presently, we use Rupes Polishers out of Italy. They are state-of-the-art random orbital polishers ensuring we don't have to worry about swirling, burning, halos or 3D effects.
