Q: Do I need an appointment to get my car serviced ?

A: Yes, we work by appointments that can be scheduled by calling us, sending an e-mail or personal visit.

Q: How much notice do you need to get my car cleaned ?

A: We need at least a day notice, but if necessary, we can service your car the same day if you call early morning.

Q: How long does it take to clean/detail my car ?

A: It depends on the job/service you order as well as on the size and condition of your car. Please, call us or contact us via e-mail to get more specific information related to your car and needs.

Q: Are your cleaning products environmentally friendly ?

A: Yes, we use green, nontoxic cleaning products so you can feel safe about you, your family or pets.

Q: How often should I detail my car ?

A: It depends on your demands and needs, however, remember that detailing is not only about to get your car perfectly clean and shiny, but it also protects and preserves its quality and value from the inside as well as from the outside. That's why we recommend to detail your car on regular basis.

Q: Why should I have my car hand washed and detailed instead of bringing it to a common car wash ?

A: Automatic car washes are unsafe for your car's paint. They use harsh chemicals that strip the wax and protection from your car, and the brushes will cause scratches in your car's paint called "car wash marks" or swirls. In addition, the automatic car wash machines are never so precise and detail oriented as trained human hands and eyes.

Q: What is the difference between "Polish & Wax" and "Cut Polish & Wax" services?

A: The main difference is in the category of scratches and defects being treated by the one or the other service. Please, click here to see explainational graphics and find out more about the issue.

Q: How long does a wax job last?

A: Typically, between 3-4 months (compared to many other waxes that last 1-2 months!). We suggest a wax every 4 months.

Q: Why do I need wax or a polymer sealant on my car?

A Wax and sealants are the only way to protect your vehicle's finish. Rain, acid rain, snow, sunlight, bugs, tar, road grime, pollen, and bird droppings can all eat through your paint. Keeping your car well protected will reduce the chances of these elements harming your car, while providing a glossy finish and shine. Having your car waxed or sealed is no less important than changing your oil.
